Appointment Scheduling Fee Policy – Effective November 1, 2024

At Lone Tree Animal Care Center, our commitment to providing exceptional care for your pets is our top priority. To reduce missed appointments and manage our schedule efficiently, we have implemented an appointment scheduling fee policy.

1. Appointment Scheduling Fee for New and Chronically Late Clients
New clients and those with a history of missed or late appointments are required to pay a scheduling fee equal to the exam fee when booking. This scheduling fee will be applied to the visit cost but is non-refundable if missed or canceled without proper notice (as determined by Lone Tree staff).

2. Surgical Procedure Scheduling Fee
A scheduling fee of 50% of the estimated surgical cost is required for all surgical procedures. This amount will be credited to the procedure but is non-refundable if missed or canceled without proper notice.

Secure Payment Options
For convenience, you may keep a card on file, securely stored in our management system or via the mobile app, to streamline scheduling fee payments when booking.

We understand unexpected situations may arise, so please reach out to us promptly if rescheduling is necessary. Thank you for trusting us with your pet’s care and for helping us ensure timely services for all.
