With the increase in the number of coronavirus cases, we are again updating our policies and procedures to keep you, your pets, and our staff safe.
When you arrive for your appointment, please bring your pet into the lobby and maintain an adequate social distance (6 feet minimum) from other clients and their pets if any are present. Once you are checked in, we will take your pets through to our treatment room. You can then return to your vehicle to wait. We will call you with further information and to discuss a diagnostic treatment plan if necessary.
When your pet's appointment is complete, we will call you to notify you to re-enter the lobby and pick up your pet and check out. We appreciate your payment by credit card instead of cash, if possible. Please see our payment options page for more information.
We will wear masks and gloves as deemed appropriate.
